Dangote Sugar maintained an average of N42.4billion in terms of revenue and N3.5billion in terms of PAT.
A closer look at the report shows that the comoany made money from investment income, fair value adjustment and finance cost. Investment income increased by 4965.04%, fair value adjustment gain by 106.99% and finance cost reduced by 55.03%.
The increase in cost of sales was driven by raw materials consumed that increased by 96.63% within the period.
It is worthy to mentioned here that sales was driven by sale of sugar 50kg that increases by 68.63% , sale of sugar retail that increased by 90.84% and sale of molasses that increased 214.81.
Dangote Sugar Declared a dividend of 60k with a dividend yield of 9.7% at a Market price of N6.21k
For a manufacturing company i belief the yield is fair enough, and i hope the Market appreciate that.
